Aaron is the Director of Minstrels and creator of the MPAC Curriculum. He has taught literally hundreds of students that are now playing in their churches. We are humbled at the countless testimonies that trickle in every week of how Minstrels is blessings ministries all over the world.
Rudy has extensive experience in background vocal arrangements & conducts vocals for many of the recordings coming out of Advent Records monthly. Now he is taking his experience & curriculum created in conjunction with Producer & Vocal Coach Aaron Barbosa to bring you a systematic plan for improving your voice individually and also now in groups! His belief is that educated & targeted work on your voice will exponentially improve the quality and exposure of your ministry.

Phillip has had over a decade of direct mentoring and collaboration with Aaron Barbosa & School of Minstrels. He has a heart to see every church resourced with home-grown talent that can lift up an excellent music ministry in their community. One of the things we love most about Phil is his clarity and patience to see his students break past those barriers of learning. He has one of the highest retention and class completion rates, and we are proud to have him on board.
Rudy Fullerton has been playing live & in studio professionally for over 10 years. What we love about Rudy is that he’s been able to systematically break down what he is able to execute technically into lessons that can take a musician with literally no experience to being able to be the main guitarist at their church in under 12 months! It’s truly remarkable to have so many students under his mentorship that have been able to take a simple dream to play for God into a reality! Rudy is truly anointed to teach students!

DJ JIMENEZ

DJ is an award winning drummer with over 15 years of drum line experience and conventional church drumming as well. DJ has been able to take the rigorous technique from drum line and apply those rudiments and practices to his teaching in our Drum 1 & 2 classes! He brings countless hours of experience in the church, the studio and the concert stage to deliver to you a systematic drum education that lasts! One thing we love about DJ is that he actually mastered all of our Piano Curriculum while he was teaching drum courses here at SOM... so he actually brings that "Band Class" experience into his teaching for a dynamic and tactile educational experience.
